What Kind Of Tanning Packages Do We Offer?
We offer 2 different packages to meet your tanning needs; Monthly Unlimited and “RAYZ”. Our monthly unlimited plan is a standard 30 day package. “RAYZ” are good for all beds in the salon and NEVER expire. They are purchased and used by the less frequent tanner or as an upgrade plan to the other packages offered.
What Are “RAYZ”
“RAYZ” are units of measure that are used for a particular bed type. You can use them as a package or an upgrade program along side your continuous or unlimited plan. The great thing is you can purchase “RAYZ” anytime and they NEVER expire.
Can I Share A Package?
Tan Times encourages everyone to have his or her own tanning account. This way there is no confusion on who should or should not tan on your package. It’s your package, and you should be the only one using it. Therefore, we no longer allow tanners to share packages or “RAYZ”
. How Do I Get A Refund?
Tan Times has a no refund policy on products, services or Gift Cards. We cannot resale used tanning products once they are taken from the salon premises. Gift cards never expire and can be used for any service the salon offers. If you have any further questions, please speak to a salon associate.
